There are many ways to work with Affirmations. I am listing a few below. I suggest working with one practice for about a week. This will give you enough time to see what works best for you.

Co-Creative Affirmations - Basic Practice #1
~ Choose the Affirmations that you will be working with.
~ Say your chosen Affirmations outloud 5 - 10 times in the moring & in the evening.
~ Listen to your inner voice as you do this process. Affirmations by their nature tend to bring up negative self talk. Once you become aware of your negative self talk, you can create an affirmation to neutralize & transform it.

Co-Creative Affirmations - Mirror Work #2
~ Choose the Affirmations that you will be working with.
~ Say your chosen Affirmations outloud 5 - 10 times in the moring & in the evening, while looking at yourself in the eyes, in the mirror.
~ Listen to your inner voice as you do this process. Affirmations by their nature tend to bring up negative self talk. Once you become aware of your negative self talk, you can create an affirmation to neutralize & transform it.

~ Choose the Affirmations that you will be working with.
