Opening to the world begins to benefit ourselves and others simultaneously.
The more we relate with others,
the more quickly we discover where we're blocked.

Aroma Emotional Re-Patterning

  • I love to nourish myself.....Mind, Body, Heart, & Spirit.
  • I am patient, loving compassion.
  • I choose to honor my right to perceive; to feel; to think; & to act in alignment with my true nature.
  • My thoughts, feelings & energy are my own.
  • I am beautiful, wonderful & creatively alive.
What if your primary job for today was to live fully, & completely in alignment with your true nature?
What if you were to contemplate before each thought, feeling, &/or action....

  • Does this choice feed my spirit?
  • Does this choice support me in expressing my true nature?
  • Does this choice grow &/or support my personal evolution?
  • Does this choice align me with my life path?

"Often the greatest growth is found in the simplest of things."

    A question to ponder....

Is it a specific thought, feeling, &/or action
    ~ or ~
Is it the perceptual lens or belief system that is attached to the specific thought, feeling or action that carries the power to open, align, grow, expand, & heal?

    An Example...

A client of mine had a very busy & full life, filled with family; church; education; career; home; chores; & more. Without realizing it, she had began to focus more on what needed to be done; on what should be done; the crisis of the day; & what outside influences felt was of priority & importance.

This perceptual lens of should's , have to's, & day to day crisis's, began to permeate her each days; her time; her leisure time; & her spiritual energies. When she came to work with me, everything had become a chore, even things that she loved to do & used to feed her spirit had become chores, have to's & should's.

She had come to feel that her entire life was a chore; a should; & a have to. Her spirit was suffering, her body was fatigued & manifesting illness, her heart had lost hope, her marriage was suffering, & she had lost her connection to spirit.

The first step in finding her way back to her center; her path; her healing journey & her joy, was to become aware of the belief systems & perceptual lenses that she was viewing her life & her world thru.

As she came to realize that it was her perceptions; her belief systems; & her thoughts about herself that were co-creating her unhappiness of Mind, Body, Heart, & Spirit. She began to question who she was & who she was supposed to be. Once she began to shift her perceptional lens, creating belief systems & thought patterns more in alignment with her true nature; she began to heal, her life began to flow & she began to step into the power of her true authentic nature.

A few of the Healing Tools that supported this transition were Holographic Re-Patterning, Journaling, Time spent in Nature, Past Life Exploration, Bodywork, & Energy Work.

As she began the next stage of her healing; she found her spirit; she experienced joy & passion in her life; she began to reclaim the lost parts of herself; she re-aligned with her spiritual path; her body began to heal; her relationships healed & deepened; she began to have fun again; & she now loves & appreciates herself & her life.

A wonderful spiritual & healing practice is to take at least 10 minutes a day & focus on an issue/area of thought, feeling, or action that has "charge" attached to it.

Explore your feelings; your thoughts; & your perceptions related to this issue.

This practice is not about the specific "charged" issue, rather, it is about the belief system & perceptual lens that is attached to the issue.

Does your perceptual lens around this issue support your growth?Does it stimulate & expand you? Does it cultivate harmony & healthy? Does it deepen you?

    If not....
what does your belief system/perceptual lens
around this issue create for you?

Are you holding judgments, anger, resentment, fear, boredom, familial beliefs, or resistance around this issue?

    If yes....

Are these thoughts & feelings yours?
Or, were you taught to perceive in this way?

I suggest taking what you have learned about yourself from this process & creating a Co-Creative Affirmation that is more in alignment with your true nature.
I suggest adding your own affirmation to
